This Isn't Your New Personality, Promise

There was no light at the end of the tunnel... just more laundry.

When I was deep in the woods of identity loss, I would lay in bed scrolling, wishing I had something else. Even before I realized I was struggling with this, I’d sit in the rocking chair with my first baby and read list after list of “self-care ideas for moms.”

I didn’t know where to start. There was no sign that things would ever get better... no exit ramp, no roadmap. It felt permanent. Like this was just who I was now. Like I had to accept it and make the most of it.

But I didn’t feel like a person anymore. I felt like I was playing a part in someone else’s movie, a background character in my own life.

And if you’ve ever felt this way, I want you to know:
Feeling lost doesn’t mean you’re broken. It means you need a roadmap.

That’s why I created the Mom Identity Starter Kit, the exact kind of support I was searching for in those quiet, heavy moments.

After months of creating, refining, and even re-recording parts to make sure I included as much value as possible…

I’m so proud to finally share it with you.

The Identity Starter Kit is a set of three short, soul-sparking workshops to help you:

  • Find Your Thing

  • Find the Time

  • Make it Happen

Each one is about 10 minutes long and available in video (for laundry-folding), podcast (for carpool line), and PDF (for nap-trapped reading). I used everything I’ve learned through my teaching career to make these research-based, real-life resources.

You can grab any workshop individually for $7 or get the full bundle for $17.

If you’ve ever thought, “I guess this is just who I am now…” this is for you.

Sending you big hugs,
Krissy

P.S. A couple things you won’t want to miss:

This week on the podcast:

If you’re feeling like a failure because your kid isn’t magically falling asleep after one bedtime story and a kiss… listen to this episode with Rachael from Hey Sleepy Baby. We talk honestly about the struggles of baby sleep and how it has no reflection on you as a parent or as a person.
